Gugga is a company responsible for the development of some of the most significant flash sites on the web. We are searching for a person to join our flash team. He will be involved in building of flash applications and we are expecting him to share our dedication to quality software, passion for innovation and interest in cutting edge technologies.
Candidates will be expected to prove their knowledge in OOP in a series of interviews. Prior experience in development of web applications is a must. We will highly appreciate experience in action script when it doesn’t come at the expense of OOP skills. The perfect candidate should think in abstractions and understand design patterns.
We believe the person who will feel most naturally as part of our team is hard-working, self-managed and interested in UI development.
The most exciting opportunity in our work, are the challenges we face. In order to manage them well we are following the best practices for software development. You can become part of a team with years of expertise in RIA where you will also be involved in the development of the Gugga Flash Framework. We are in the process of integrating our framework with Adobe Flex to create next generation of Rich Internet Applications, which blend creative design and business functionality.
You can expect the working environment to be very informal. You should be able to communicate your decisions and must rely on the team-play instead of individual work.
